How We Gather

When we meet, there’s no formal method or agenda.

Just a gentle rhythm that holds the space together.

Here’s what usually happens:

We Meet at a Park

Somewhere with sky, trees, and a bit of quiet.

Sometimes it’s a forest path.

Sometimes it’s a simple loop around a park.

We Begin with a Short Reading

To open the space, someone might read a passage from Zen, Dzogchen, poetry or a simple reflection on awareness.
There’s no teaching, no discussion – just a shared moment of presence.

We Walk in Silence for a While

For about 10 minutes (sometimes more, sometimes less), we walk quietly together.
No need to do anything special – just notice the ground under your feet, the breath moving, the world happening.

We Let Conversation Happen Naturally

After the quiet walk, some people start talking.
Others may prefer to stay in silence. Both are welcome.

Conversations might drift toward nonduality, Zen, life, or just everyday things.
There’s no right way for it to unfold.

We Part When It Feels Right

There’s no formal closing.
Some people linger and chat, others head out quietly.

A Space Without Pressure

You don’t need to prepare or practice anything beforehand.
No experience is necessary.

This is just a space to be – to walk, listen, talk, or say nothing at all.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable shoes

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • An open mind (or no-mind)

Come as You Are.
Just This is Enough.

This project is tended with care by Drew – a practitioner of Taiji, Zen, Silent Illumination, and Effortless Mindfulness.

Our gatherings are informal and lightly held.
We meet for shared silence, gentle reflection, and time together in presence
.

There’s nothing to teach.
Nothing to achieve.

Just a simple return
together
to what’s already here.
